In our practice, we offer benefits that you cannot find in insurance based practices:

• Long appointments, which means you won't feel rushed and we can address every concern you may have.
• Schedule appointments within 1 day. Be aware that many insurance based offices will send you to an urgent care center if you need seen quickly which is often very expensive!
• No waiting at your appointment.
• Discounted lab tests drawn right in our office. ($5 for most common labs!)
• Price comparisons for your prescriptions and tests- the savings from getting your tests and prescriptions at the least expensive place can sometimes save you far more than you pay us.​.
• ​NO BILLING SURPRISES!  Our listed fee is the only bill you will have.  I think we've all been in a situation, or knows someone who has, in which a hospital sends you a bill for far more than you were expecting.
• Privacy.  You may be surprised how many individuals can access your electronic records in large medical groups.  Your records at our office are not available anywhere else without your explicit consent.
• Organized electronic records.  We have designed our own organized and secure electronic records which are far more readable and concise than many hospital based electronic records.

Cost to Enroll

Your initial office visit will cost $195. At the time of your visit you will enroll in our monthly fee program, although you may cancel this with a 30 day written notice if you no longer wish to be a patient in our office. The monthly fee varies by age as below:

• Children of member, age 25 or under: $20 per month plus $20 per office visit
• Under 35: $40 per month plus $20 per office visit
• Age 35-64: $50 per month plus $20 per office visit
• Age 65 and older: $65 per month plus $20 per office visit
• Families: Adult member price plus $20 for each child. $20 per office visit. The initial $195 visit fee will only be charged for the adult members.
